The app shows only the vehicles running at your pickup point.
How pricing works
The fare is calculated for each order from the vehicle you choose, the distance between pickup and drop, and the rates set for that city zone (night or busy-time charges and add-ons such as helpers are shown as separate lines). You always see the full fare in the app before you confirm the booking, and the same amount is on your receipt.
How to book a delivery
- Open the FieldNova app or fieldnova.in and sign in with your mobile number (OTP).
- Enter the pickup and drop addresses and choose a vehicle: Bike Parcel, 3-wheeler or mini truck.
- See the fare before you confirm, then book. A nearby Partner accepts the order.
- The Partner picks up with a pickup PIN; follow the order live on the map.
- The parcel is handed over only when the receiver reads out their delivery OTP. Pay by cash, UPI or wallet.
Frequently asked questions
Does FieldNova work in Tirumala?
