Raise a ticketHow do I book a vehicle for my goods?
Open the FieldNova app and choose Parcel for small items on a bike or Trucks for bigger loads. Enter the pickup and drop locations, pick a vehicle, check the fare and confirm the order. Nearby Partners get the request and one of them accepts it.
What payment options are available?
We support multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and cash, to ensure a convenient experience for you.
How can I track my order?
Once a Partner accepts your order, you can follow the Partner's live location in the app, from the way to pickup until your goods are delivered.
Can I cancel an order after booking?
Yes, you can cancel your order in the app before the goods are picked up. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Choose by the weight and size of your goods: Bike Parcel up to 20 kg, 3 Wheeler up to 500 kg, Tata Ace up to 750 kg, Pickup 8ft up to 1,250 kg, Tata 407 up to 2,500 kg and 14ft Truck up to 4,000 kg. If you are not sure, pick the next bigger vehicle.
What goods can I send?
You can send everyday goods such as documents, parcels, household items, furniture, appliances and business stock. Illegal, hazardous or flammable items, perishables that are not properly packed and live animals are not allowed. Parcels on a bike must not weigh more than 20 kg.
What if I face an issue during my order?
Contact our support team through the app or at info@fieldnova.in and we will help you. In an emergency, call 112.
